For those of you who live in the U.S. and carry credit cards, this strip's for you. It originally ran this past September. Now that the new laws governing credit cards have gone into effect, we get to see all the shenanigans the companies have been up to the past 9 months to nullify said laws and retain their tidy little profit margin.
